Aftermath of the storm this weekend. 3ft of snow and howling 60mph winds hit Worcester, MA. Those are parking signs covered in the snow.

I really like the scene.

Some points you could improve are:

#1 you shot at a high shutter speed. This is good for capturing movement, but as a consequence you have a lower f-stop (also known as aperture). Your f-stop controls your depth of field form you what you focus on. As a general rule on a f-stop you should have it set as high as possible when taking a land scape shot's while using a decent shutter speed (for a normal lens about 60 if off a tripod). An f-stop will give you the blurry background effect which is amazing for portraits, and some animal shots.

#2 To truly give you a full review I took it though gimp to see what i could bring out. I noticed that there really wasn't any editor work on the photo. This can really bring out your photo, and turn a good shot to an amazing shot most of the time.

Things to bring out your photo

A) Contrast: makes deeper shadows, and brings out the highlights. It's quick, easy, and does wonders

B) Color balance includes highlights, shadows, and midtones: This is were you bring out the color in a photo. Takes some time, but does wonders to most photos.

C) Hue: This is to finalize color changes

D) Saturation: This makes your colors really come out. I have never seen a photo that could not use a bit of saturation after the color edit is done.

One note is that hue, and saturation it only really come's in after you do the color edit's.

I like the way you took the shot. I think the scene is at a really good angle just wish you would have lowed your shutter for a higher f-stop. Other then that I would advise you to start practicing with the editor.
